We visited Ellis Island getting there via ferry which left from the old
unused Central Railroad station. |

Ellis Island can be seen from the ferry terminal so the ride is not long.
Not nearly as long as the wait between departures. |
|
|
But on the short trip we could see the Verrazano Bridge to Staten
Island |
|
|
