After Ellis Island we took the ferry to Battery Park in Manhattan

The sculpture of the world that mostly survived the collapse of the world
trade center buildings has been moved to Battery Parkk

We were on a double decker tour bus when we went past Macy's fortunately
otherwise we might still be in NY shopping
|

The Statue of Liberty is just another ferry ride away from Ellis Island but
due to the short visit we went to Manhattan. But still cuzncindy got to
see the statue up close and personal

Imagine getting a job in Manhattan and being given an outside office only
to find you are in the only highrise buiding in the city without
windows!

At the end of the day we caught the subway back to Ground Zero where the
PATH trains leave for NJ and the hotel
|
